PrimeHisto XE is a histology slide scanner. PrimeHisto XE is able to scan histology sample mounted on 1 x 3 inch cover slipped glass slide. With easy to operate/set up features, PrimeHisto XE can digitalize the histology sample within several seconds.
The scanner comes with HistoView, an editing software package combined with product hardware driver, for scanning and adjusting effective quality parameters of image on both Windows and Mac OS working environments. PrimeHisto XE can save the scanned image in various image formats such as TIFF, BMP and JPEG formats.
As a new generation of histology scanner PrimeHisto XE carries capability to fit most histology slide samples and further can scan whole histology slide image within the scanning area of 24.3x36.5 mm. The system scans at high resolution up to 10,000 dpi that may fit in wide variety of microscopic applications including those in advanced biological research in college/university and the basic biological research in high school.
