FAVORGEN® Protein Markers/Standard, Low Range, resolved to 6 sharp bands when analyzed by SDS-PAGE (Tris-Glycine). It contains a mixture of purified proteins with known amino acid sequences.  They are provided in a loading buffer containing SDS, reductant and glycerol for SDS-PAGE.  Protein Markers are available for SDS-PAGE, IEF, 2-D, and Western blotting

Important Info:

1.   Store at -20C.
2.   Aliquot and prevent freeze thaw cycle problems
3.   Blotting: 5μl for Mini Gels, 10μl Large Gels
4.   Heat the Marker to 95-100C for 3-5 minutes
6.   After a quick Microcentrifuge spin, load directly on to a gel.
