FavorStain™ Prestained Protein Standard/Marker, Broad  Range, Single Colour  resolved to 7 sharp blue bands when analyzed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, is a mixture of purified proteins covalently coupled to blue chromophore.  It can be used in conjunction with western blotting technique to provide a visual display of marker proteins on the transfer membrane. It consists of 7 proteins ranging in apparent molecular weight from approximately 2 KDa to 220 KDa.  The FavorStain™ Prestained Protein Markers is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready-to-use.
