FavorStain™ Prestained Protein Standard/Marker, Low Range, Single Colour resolved to 8 sharp bands when analyzed by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, is a mixture of purified proteins covalently coupled to blue chromophore. It consists of 8 proteins ranging in apparent molecular weight from approximately 3.4KDa to 100 KDa.  The FavorStain™ Prestained Protein Markers is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready-to-use.

Important Info:

1.   Load & Go Formulation.
2.   Store at -20C
3.   Aliquot and prevent freeze thaw cycle problems
4.   Gel Visualisation: 2-10μl for Mini Gels, 10-20μl Large Gels
5.   Blotting: 5μl for Mini Gels, 10μl Large Gels
6.   Use on a 15-20% gel, 20% gel to view 6.5 and 3.4 KDa
