The Geno-Sen’s CE Marked PML/RARa PCR Reagents constitute a ready to use system for detection and quantification of PML/RARa using Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in the Rotor Gene 2000/3000/6000 (Corbett Research). The Specific Master mix contains reagents and enzymes for the specific amplification of either the Bcr 1 isoform or Bcr 3 isoform of PML/RARa and for the direct detection of the specific amplicon in fluorescence channel Cycling A.FAM of the Rotor Gene 2000/3000/6000 & the Reference gene on Cycling A.FAM. in a seperate reaction to determine ratio of PML Vs abl gene. External positive Standards (PML Bcr-1 S 1-5) , (PML Bcr-3 S 1-5) & (abl S 1-5) are supplied which allow the determination of the gene load. Download pack insert
The kits are optimized for the Rotor Gene system, however several of our customers are using these kits on other platforms without any compromise in results like ABI, *Smart Cycler, *Opticon, *I Cycler, *Mx 3005P, etc. Geno Sen's range of Real Time PCR kits are truly innovative and unique. Based on the Taqman probe technology for quantitation /Fret probes for mutation detection are very fast, reliable, sensitive, specific, robust & economical.
The unique features of these kits are listed below.
Ready to use reagents including standards (reduce preparation errors)
5 standards with quantitative & necessary ready to use controls with qualitative assays.
Results can be interpreted directly to either IU/ml or copies/ml. No complex calculations.
Uniform cycling protocols to avoid programming errors.
Reliable- inhibition control to verify successful DNA isolation & to control PCR amplification.
Highly sensitive and specific detection and quantification down to few copies /per ml.
All kits based on volumes to ensure increased addition of isolated RNA/DNA
Color Coded Vials for easy identifications of reagents.
8-10 months shelf life leading to no wastage of reagents
Convenient package size of 25 rxns, 50 rxns and 100 rxns.
Total amplification time required is the least possible depending upon the platform.
